Kat Von D in May of 2008 arriving at Spike TV’s 2nd Annual Guys Choice Awards. Her tattoos alone are amazing to look at. Check out her look here. She was rocking a very punk hairstyle. Her black layered hair, parted in the middle, was bleached blonde at the tips where it flipped out. This is a great punk hairstyle, which is why we put it on our list.
